I am not a consultant; I am a coach and a strategist who specializes in providing owners of small businesses with the systems, strategies, and discipline that they need to support and sustain growth. I’m not here to tell you how to run your business. Instead, I provide the tools needed to prepare and position your business for organic growth, growth through acquisition and/or a successful exit.

Our programs

It’s time to stop working “in” the business and to start working “on” it. Our programs help you gain clarity of vision, keeping you on a path to greater success. We offer two types of coaching:

Individual Coaching
For business owners prepared to make at least a 6-month commitment to learn a deliberate and disciplined approach to problem solving, personal development and goal attainment. We are accessible to provide input on issues as they arise and participate in planning and educational events for critical skills building.

Team Coaching
For management teams. We help boost teamwork and efficiency in the pursuit of team goals. Specific group coaching techniques are applied during educational and planning events to enhance learning through interactions with peers across multiple industries.
